Right behind social media, the most common questions on Friday’s Q&A call were about time management and productivity.
I gave a run down on how I manage my time and keep focused, but to be honest, it’s an area that I am still learning in.
(Having a couple of kids and a husband home with me all day leads to LOTS of distractions - I bet you can relate!)
That being said, I’ve always been a “productivity” dork, I love learning how to be more efficient. But most productivity and time management systems aren’t written for entrepreneurs like you and me. So some stuff doesn’t apply, or factors that are HUGE in our lives as business owners aren’t covered.
I want you to see a video that changed my way of thinking about time management; iit’ll have a PROFOUND effect on how you look at your own use of time and why you may have “failed” with time management systems you’ve used in the past.
