I’ve already begun working with the new mentees, and it’s lots of fun. I see the most common issue - as I suspected - is just being lost; there are so many things one can do and, at times, so many ways to do it, it’s information overload.
For these folks, I’m developing a plan that works with EXACTLY what they have up already. Improving the on-page factors (whether those are SEO factors, ad positioning, direct sales factors) and then working on traffic generation.
