Part II covered what to actually DO with your keywords once you have them. Stuff like on page optimization, competitive research, and off page optimization.
You can’t build a site without keywords (find out how to get the best ones in Part I of the Webinar) and you can’t rank for a keyword unless you optimize for it (and that’s what Part II is all about, ranking).
I encourage you to watch both. Your sites will have the stongest foundation possible when you follow the steps Jim and I covered.
