Bring Traffic To Your Blog

Here are a few of my favorite ways to bring traffic to your blog quickly and easily:

Submit posts to blog carnivals (really, it works)
Comment on other people’s blogs
Use Comment Sniper to comment on popular blogs
Have a link to your blog in forum and email signature lines
Add a video linking to your blog to video sharing sites
Link to other blogs in your niche in your blog posts – many will reciprocate
Submit your posts to social bookmarking sites with Web2Submitter
Submit your RSS feed to RSS directories with RSS Submit
Get a big ol’ nasty long ping list
Linkbait! Say something controversial about a topic, person, or commonly accepted practice in your niche
Join a blog network like MyBlogLog; if there are networks specific to your niche find and join them too
Twit your blog posts, blog your tweets
Post regularly
Translate your blog
