The best PDF on building website traffic with social media and Web 2.0 is available for free at Social Media Daily. Subscribers there also got a big ol’ discount on my most recent product, 30 Minute Backlinks. It pays to subscribe. Social Media Daily subscribers only get emailed when an update is pertaining directly to Web 2.0 and social media marketing, so they’re not innundated with emails.
That said, some big changes are coming to the site and the PDF… More then just updates, it’s being transformed into a… well, let’s call it s “live” experience.

Sounds cool.
One thing about 30 minute backlinks I’m curious about, When I do a google search for my keyword I seem to get a lot more results than when I do a backlink check.
Secondly, if I were to submit my software to Cnet, are there fees involved for them hosting it. It seems like it but their customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. ThankS
I got the pdf and I am reading through it. maybe it will work for my site: “PostCards from the Funny Farm.” I’ve been enjoying you on my feed reader for a few weeks and after this PDF, you have made my blogroll. Keep up the good work and thanks for the free pdf!
#1 – You don’t submit your software to Cnet.
#2 – yes, there will be more results on a keyword search then on a backlinks search.
@Damien – Yes, it’ll definately help you out!
First let me say I give you mad respect to be someone who is as successful as you are and you respond to your posts. We are all very appreciative.
A follow up to my second question, I know your method doesn’t involve CNET but is that something you would advise, and if not why not.

Is this only for software. Cant i do this for my company.
I want to generate backlinks for http://www.silicus.com
The .pdf is great, thanks! It gives me a good idea of the latest developments in Web 2.0.
Keep up the good work!

No, it’s not aimed at folks who build software for a living, it’s for people who DON’T make software to make use of a link building technique.
Re: Cnet – yes, it will provide good traffic for you IF you have a decent piece of software to submit. I’ve made some good money there – but again, your software has to be something people want, and preferable you have a free trial they can download and then they have to purchase after trial.
I have to agree this PDF is really a great way to building traffic.
Thanks for the PDF. My grandma always said, “you can’t beat free!”
