Perhaps you’ve come to this realization too?
To scale your business much much quicker, you either have to AUTOMATE many of the tasks you do or OUTSOURCE those tasks.
Ideally, you do both – get it automated AND have an outsourced worker actually do it.
If you make $1.00 / day from a website, you’ll need 300 similar websites to earn a total of $9000 / month.
But it takes time to build the sites, and the sites then require promotion, and then they have to be updated and upgraded as things change in the industry.
It’s TOTALLY do-able, and yet incredibly tedious at the same time.
But if you have someone ELSE doing the work – or even a few people doing the work – well, you’re job is just to pull stings and give direction from the top. And that’s a LOT more fun, and it takes a lot less time.
It’s this kind of scaling that put me where I am today, and you’ve GOT to be outsourcing to scale like this.
I’ve asked John Jonas – who I LITERALLY learned everything I know about outsourcing from – to come and give you a talk about outsourcing:
- How to do it
- Where to hire from – and where to AVOID
- What tasks to have your workers do
- Cultural differences

Hi Michelle,
This will be an interesting webinar..
I notice that you suggest outsourcing to the Philippines.. but what about us here in the US that are willing to do this work for a great price as well? Who know seo, internet marketing, design and write great English?
I don’t mean to start trouble here, but I hope you can see the topic from my side as well. Americans need work too, we have families to take care of also.
I’ll see you at the Webinar!
Couldn’t agree more – John is awesome!
I also learned a lot of what I know about outsourcing from John.
I’ve downsized a bit, but at it’s peak – my team size hit 10 people large. Some part time, many full time. The productivity of that team has produced many thousands of dollars in revenue.
Probably wouldn’t have been able to afford to do that, let alone know how or where to even start without his advice.
Michelle,
Thank you for the webinar on outsourcing. I purchased the program as the price was quite reasonable and the implementation of getting others to do the tedious work is something I always felt that I had to do. Again, thanks.
hi there
I was interrupted and therefore missed part of the webinar – will it be replayed – the parts I did hear were very interesting..
thanks
Howdy Michelle
The truth is that one person can’t do it all, and if they tried to…then their time will be swallowed up each day. Allowing other people to tackle the simple task will free you up on doing networking which will bring in more traffic and sales.
“TrafficColeman “Signing Off”
Just like in every industry, there are a few rotten apples that sour the well. In my market (Atlanta) it seems like every new & potential client I meet with says “I’ve been burned by an Internet Marketing ‘Expert’ that just outsourced everything and never got anything done.”
I agree with you 100% – outsourcing is the only way to scale. It’s too bad more Internet Marketers aren’t researching the industry & outsourcing companies first before taking contracts and then struggling to fulfill them properly.
Great insights, thanks for sharing with us!
