Testing Seesmic

by Michelle MacPhearson

I was testing Seesmic (there’s definately lag on the video, but hey, I can’t ask for perfection) and like that it’ll enable me to do more impromptu type vids. Also have 2 videos in the pipeline – watch the one below to see what we’ll be talking about!

Testing SeesmicJust seein’ if it works for me!

Is it just me or does it seem like seesmic gives people an excuse to be… A little “above ordinary”

Was that politically correct? I dunno but WEEEE I gotta backlink!

Hi Michelle,

Just watched this Seesmic clip. The picture was “herky jerky”. Video did not keep up with audio but that could be my computer. I have watched other Seesmic clips on another computer. A bit smoother. The audio is great. You squeezed a lot of stuff in a short time but it was easy to listen to. I am sure technology and Sessmic will improve rapidly.

The audio was perfect but for the picture I only seemed to get 1 frame every 3-4 seconds. Even when the video had buffered all the way to the end.

Hi Michelle

Perfect timing as I’ve got “check out seesmic” on my to do list so great to see your post in my RSS this morning. It worked okay, but like previous commenter said dubbing was out. Fine at start then pic kind of froze and then better again towards the end, so I don’t think that’s to do with connection my end.

Looking forward to seeing the other two vids you mentioned, and thanks as always for your timely, right on the pulse, concise and clear posts, it’s much appreciated.

All the best

Great! More toys to play with. It seems like every time I blink or go to the bathroom there is some new tool that is worthy my attention…

Thanks for review.. Something to ponder..
