Tubeinator 1.8: YouTube Tactics

by Michelle MacPhearson

Tubeinator 1.8 was released late tonight.  YouTube made some changes to the login process, and Tubeinator now accomidates for that and will once again log you in automatically.

If you’ve not downloaded a trial version yet, you may do so at Tubeinator YouTube Friend Adder.

If you’ve not yet started video marketing – what are you waiting for?

With broadband speeds being more commonplace, most internet users are looking for a media-rich web experience – that is, one that incorporates video, images, sound and text.  A simple one-page salesletter doesn’t hold people’s interest like it used to.

Plus, with video, you can *show* rather then just tell.  Showing sells.

Sure, I can tell you all day long how easy my software is to use – but if you visit the Tubeinator homepage, you can watch a video demonstrating same.  Video increases conversion – that is why I use it.

Uploading your video to YouTube can be a great lead gen tactic, and is one that I also use.  You’ll reach people who would otherwise not have visited your website directly via YouTube.

The Tubeinator software allows you to find and contact YouTube users who may be interested in your video (based on keyword searches, for example).  One tactic I use is to find a really popular video that similar to the one I’m trying to promote and contact all the people that left comments on that video.  I know these folks are active YouTube users, and I know they’re interested in the type of video I’m promoting.

Create a demo video of what you’re offering, upload it to YouTube and then run Tubeinator on it.  Remember to include your URL in your video and in the “Description” field on YouTube itself so people know where to find you when they want more!

I downloaded the demo and it basically says “don’t add more than 400 people” or “use a time delay so YouTube won’t think you’re a robot”, well, not in those exact words but something like that. So does this mean that YouTube prohibits the use of this kind of software like MySpace does? Is there risk of losing my YouTube account for using it? It worries me because I’ve put a lot of work into my current YouTube account.

Mike.

Hi Mike

I agree it’s important not to overuse it and too many times in one or two days. Sometimes there are users who just wait to report you as well.

However, if you are in for the money in affiliate marketing you gotta use brain AND elbows. It is not for the faint of heart. I say use comon sense and monitor your results.

good luck

This is one great tool. I have been venturing into video marketing for the past months and it indeed leads to a better conversion. I will have to check on this Tubeinator 1.8. Thanks!

The demo on this is amazing. With regards to how we use it. Just be smart about it don’t get greedy and try to add thousands in your first day. Great tool!

Mike, why would you use one of your main accounts? Just use another account and protect yourself completely…
