Weekend Fight & Birthday Party

This weekend, a friend of my husband is having his yearly birthday blowout party at our house. We’ll have guests through Monday, and as such, I don’t anticipate posting. I think there will be about 10 people, in addition to me, my husband and our 2 boys.

For Saturday, my husband and I ordered the Pavlik v. Taylor boxing rematch on PPV. I haven’t watched much boxing since I was a little girl (my dad would watch sometimes) but we happened to watch Pavlik v. Taylor I a few months ago, and it was one of the best fights I’d ever seen. My husband had never watched boxing before, but he got totally sucked in. It was an incredible match. I don’t know if our houseguests care for boxing, but the heck with ‘em! We’re watching the fight Saturday (and rooting for Pavlik)!

Well I’ll also be watching the match although I’m sorry to say I want Taylor to win. :P

It’s also a 3 day weekend in Canada now since the addition of “Family Day”

Doesn’t really affect me though as I don’t have a job that takes me out of my house lol.
